Privacy Policy

Zaamin collects only what it needs to verify workers and connect them with households, never sells personal data, and lets every user ask for their data to be corrected or deleted. Zaamin is operated by Meezan Technologies (SMC-Private) Limited, Karachi, which is responsible for this data.
What we collect

We never collect or show religion, sect or caste. Original CNICs are seen and returned; paper forms are scanned the same day and kept only in the company system.
Who sees it
- Public / free view: a worker's category, experience, age, area, job type, salary range, languages and verification date.
- Paying households: additionally the worker's name, photo, phone number, previous-employer reference and verification report.
- Verification partners: NADRA, police / CPLC and verification services, only for the checks.
- Service providers: payment gateways (JazzCash, Easypaisa, card and bank partners), Apple for iPhone purchases, SMS and call providers, and cloud hosting (servers may be outside Pakistan). They act on our instructions.
- Authorities: when the law requires it.
We do not sell, rent or trade personal data.

Security
Data is encrypted in transit, access is limited to authorised staff and logged, partners and staff may not keep copies on personal phones, and unlocked profiles carry a buyer watermark.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or close your profile, through the app or by email. We reply within 30 days. Some records must be kept for legal reasons. Zaamin is for adults only (18 or older).
Law
We follow the laws of Pakistan, including the Prevention of Electronic Crimes Act 2016 and any data-protection law in force. Changes to this policy will be shown in the app.
